Mission

Own the end-to-end design and delivery of AI-driven workflows that generate measurable ROI for clients within 60–90 days.

What This Role Is Accountable For

  • Translate business problems into AI workflows and automations
  • Lead client implementations (audit → deployment)
  • Architect integrations across systems (CRM, ERP, support, etc.)
  • Define repeatable delivery playbooks
  • Ensure projects are delivered profitably

 

Core Responsibilities

  • Run technical discovery during AI Opportunity Audits
  • Design workflow architectures (agents, copilots, automation chains)
  • Lead implementation of:

    • AI copilots
    • Workflow automations
    • Data integrations
  •  
  • Work directly with clients (CIO, COO, ops leaders)
  • Create reusable templates and frameworks

Required Experience

  • 4–8+ years in:

    • Solutions architecture, automation, or systems engineering
  • Hands-on experience with:

    • APIs and integrations
    • Automation tools
    • AI platforms (LLMs, prompt workflows)
  • Strong ability to build quickly with imperfect information

  • Can take a vague business problem → ship a working solution in days
  • Thinks in systems and workflows, not features
  • Comfortable client-facing at executive level
  • Balances speed with structure

Success Metrics (First 6 Months)

  • Deliver 5–10 successful implementations
  • Maintain >50% delivery margin
  • Build initial delivery playbooks
  • Enable repeatable deployment model

Compensation Structure

  • Base: $140K–$180K
  • Bonus: tied to project margin + delivery success
  • Stock incentive
