 Position:   SAP Syniti Consultant (Remote)
 Location:  Cleveland, OH (Willing to Limited Travel)
 Duration:  6+ Months

 Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP Data Migration Consultant with strong expertise in Syniti, ADM, IDOC, and LSMW to lead and support S/4HANA data migration programs. Syniti certification is mandatory.

 Must-Have Skills (Required)

  • SAP Data Migration to S/4HANA — hands-on end-to-end migration experience
  • Syniti — strong hands-on expertise (Certification mandatory)
  • Syniti Certified — active certification required
  • ADM (Advanced Data Migration) — Syniti ADM framework experience
  • IDOC — Intermediate Document processing and migration
  • LSMW (Legacy System Migration Workbench) — data migration tool expertise
  • Strong Communication skills — stakeholder and cross-functional team interaction

Good to Have (Preferred)

  • SAP BODS (Business Objects Data Services)
  • LTMC (Legacy Transfer Migration Cockpit)
  • SAP Functional Knowledge — domain understanding
  • SAP T-Codes — working knowledge
  • SAP Knowledge — broader SAP ecosystem familiarity
  • ALM (Application Lifecycle Management)
  • Agile methodology experience
