Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect to lead the design and implementation of complex Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership, architecture governance, and hands-on configuration and customization across Salesforce platforms while working closely with customers, project managers, and delivery teams.

This role requires deep expertise in Salesforce platform architecture, integrations, data migration, and Agile delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Salesforce architecture design ensuring scalable, secure, and best-practice solutions.

• Translate business requirements into technical architecture and solution designs.

• Act as lead architect on engagements by coordinating work across architects, developers, and consultants.

• Partner with project managers, engagement managers, and stakeholders to support planning and delivery.

• Present high-level and detailed Salesforce solution architecture to technical and non-technical audiences.

• Perform hands-on Salesforce configuration and customization.

• Govern technical development standards and enforce platform best practices.

• Design and review custom development (Apex, Lightning Web Components), integrations, and data migration strategies.

• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design documents, and test plans.

• Support production issues including root cause analysis and resolution.

• Provide technical guidance, coaching, and mentorship to team members.

• Support Agile delivery including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

• Travel regionally or internationally as required by customer engagements.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience working on Salesforce deployment or implementation teams.

• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce products including:

  • Sales Cloud

  • Service Cloud

  • Experience Cloud

  • Platform Automation

• Strong understanding of:

  • Salesforce platform architecture

  • Security model (profiles, roles, permission sets, sharing rules)

  • Data migration and data modeling

  • Integration patterns (REST, SOAP, APIs, middleware)

• Experience with custom development using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce.

• Strong experience with solution design, architecture governance, and technical leadership.

• Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to coach, influence, and collaborate with internal and customer teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.

• Salesforce Certifications (current and valid), such as:

  • Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA)

  • Salesforce Certified Application Architect

  • Salesforce Certified System Architect

  • Salesforce Solution Architect (B2B or B2C)

  • Multiple Salesforce Cloud Certifications

• Experience with enterprise Salesforce implementations.

• Exposure to multi-cloud and complex integration environments.
