Summary:
Are you passionate about cloud automation, infrastructure as code, and building highly secure platforms that power critical business operations? We're partnering with an innovative, technology-driven organization seeking a hands-on Senior Cloud Platform & DevOps Engineer to help shape and scale a modern AWS environment built around automation, security, and operational excellence.

This is a high-impact opportunity where you'll own cloud infrastructure from design through production, influence architecture decisions, and build tools that make engineers more productive while maintaining strong security and compliance standards.

What You'll Do:
* Design, build, and enhance cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code
* Develop and maintain AWS-based platforms supporting mission-critical applications and data services
* Manage and optimize services including containers, serverless workloads, databases, APIs, storage platforms, and networking components
* Improve monitoring, alerting, logging, and operational visibility across production environments
* Automate security controls, access management, and compliance processes to reduce manual effort
* Build internal tools and automation that streamline operations, provisioning, and developer workflows
* Enhance CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes to improve reliability and delivery speed
* Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve platform performance
* Participate in an on-call rotation supporting cloud infrastructure and critical services

REQUIREMENTS:
* 4+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), Cloud Engineering, or Platform Engineering
* Strong hands-on experience with AWS services and cloud-native architectures
* Proven Infrastructure as Code experience, preferably with AWS CDK, Terraform, or CloudFormation
* Experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions, CodePipeline, or equivalents
* Experience with identity and access management, SSO, SAML, OIDC, and least-privilege security models
* Knowledge of containerized environments including ECS, EKS, Kubernetes, or Docker
* Production-level software development skills in TypeScript, Python, or similar languages
* Strong Linux administration and troubleshooting skills
* Excellent written communication and documentation skills

Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience working in regulated environments such as healthcare, financial services, insurance, or other compliance-focused industries
* Experience supporting data platforms, analytics environments, or large-scale data movement
* Experience developing internal web tools, dashboards, or full-stack applications using modern JavaScript frameworks
* Knowledge of multi-account AWS environments and governance frameworks
* Exposure to AI, LLM, or generative AI platforms and APIs
* Familiarity with networking, VPN technologies, DNS, and edge services

Why Join Us?
* Opportunity to own and influence a modern cloud platform
* Work with cutting-edge AWS technologies, automation frameworks, and emerging AI solutions
* Highly collaborative engineering culture with significant technical autonomy
* Exposure to large-scale cloud operations, security, compliance, and platform engineering initiatives
* Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, paid time off, retirement savings options, and additional employee wellness programs
