Client Overview:Client is seeking a senior-level Workday integration professional to support integrations across HR, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, Time Tracking, and related enterprise platforms. Sutter will provide all necessary equipment.
Job Description:The Integration Analyst will design, build, maintain, and enhance Workday integrations that support enterprise HR, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, and Time Tracking processes. The analyst will use Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Web Services, APIs, XML, and XSLT to facilitate reliable inbound and outbound data exchange.
Responsibilities include collaborating with business and technical stakeholders, documenting current-state and future-state technical specifications, creating and optimizing custom reports, troubleshooting integration issues, and supporting testing, change management, training, and end-user issue resolution. The analyst must independently explain technical decisions, identify and escalate risks, recommend alternative approaches, and manage multiple integration and project efforts concurrently.

The ideal candidate can independently design solutions, write technical specifications, build and troubleshoot integrations, communicate with stakeholders, and manage concurrent priorities.
Healthcare experience, especially involving
Epic, EHR integrations, middleware, or interface engines, would be a significant advantage.
