Procurement Senior Analyst
We seek an experienced Procurement Sr. Analyst to be responsible for performing the full suite of procurement administration duties. This role supports pre-award and post-award procurement activities, including but not limited to sourcing, negotiating, mobilization, and administration of procurement agreements, typically assigned to specific Programs. Works closely with Programs and all supporting functions to achieve Program objectives while delivering procurement activities compliant with approved purchasing policies and procedures. Contributes to the Procurement organization by acting as a contributing team member to the broader organization. This role reports to a Procurement Manager and typically works on a team of 3-5 people. This is a hybrid role.
The Procurement Sr. Analyst will have demonstrated experience and ability to successfully execute and deliver procurement activities to meet business requirements.
Role Responsibilities:
Collaboration and Communication: Ability to facilitate daily activities remotely or in an office environment, depending on assignment. Work with business programs, compliance, SBLO and others to execute and maintain procurements. Problem-solve while exercising ethical judgement. Form and maintain business relationships with program counterparts and suppliers. Schedule meetings with program, suppliers, and other stakeholders to facilitate communication and coordination of procurement actions. Work independently and in a team environment. May participate on special projects with other Procurement team members.
Daily Expectations:
Daily procurement administration, project management and organizational skills. Self-starter with ability to successfully interface with all levels of internal staff. Accountable for product quality and compliance, including procurement agreements and procurement modifications, ATPs and other procurement contractual documentation and transactions. Support the issuance of RFPs to prospective suppliers and perform price analysis. Primarily responsible for collecting, documenting, and assembling documentation for procurement awards and modifications. Support preparation of CPSR compliant procurement documentation. Maintain SharePoint sites. Respond to data calls and maintain data to ensure accurate metrics and workflow. Attend meetings, training, and respond to data calls as needed. Beginner knowledge of FAR/DFAR and Public Law requirements to procurement agreements. Report to Procurement Manager.
Operations:
Contribute to high volume transactions and high-quality product. Service Level Agreements and/or Operational Level Agreements may apply. Monitors demand, prioritization, and output to ensure successful delivery of procurement activities. Escalate concerns to management to reduce and/or eliminate inefficiencies or barriers to successful delivery.
Required Skills:
- U.S. Citizenship required
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 2+ years Procurement experience in a Federal Government contracting environment working with Cloud, Hardware, Software suppliers.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite – Outlook, Excel, Work, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Skype
Preferred Skills:
- More than 2 years in the Federal market space in the areas of procurement, contracting, finance, pricing, or a related field
- Detailed oriented, organized, flexible
- Able to set priorities and de-conflict multiple demands
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Working knowledge of FAR/DFAR and Public Law requirements to procurement agreements. Coordinate with other departments including compliance, support strategic initiatives, and effectively communicate information to support on-time delivery success. Report to Procurement Manager.
Negotiations:
Negotiate procurement terms to achieve favorable outcomes for business and enterprise objectives in coordination with Procurement Manager and interfacing with the program as appropriate. Work with team to identify risks, opportunities, potential impacts, and mitigation solutions.
