Summary
Lead Data Scientist – Marketing Analytics & AI
Location: Cary ,NC
Must Have
- 10+ years in Data Science / AI/ML.
- 5+ years mandatory in Insurance or Financial Services, especially Marketing, Sales, Customer Engagement, or Marketing Analytics.
- Strong hands-on Python, SQL, Statistics, Machine Learning.
- Experience with churn, retention, risk, fraud, underwriting, customer analytics, or marketing analytics.
- Production experience deploying ML/AI solutions, including APIs, batch, and real-time inference.
- Experience with Azure / Databricks / Azure ML.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred
- GenAI / LLM, RAG, prompt engineering, vector databases, and fine-tuning.
- Power BI / Dominos.
- ML-Ops and responsible AI experience.
- Employee benefits industry experience.
Key Requirement: Strong Data Scientist + ML/AI profile with 5+ years of Insurance/Financial Services marketing or customer engagement analytics experience
