We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead large-scale enterprise transformation initiatives within the Financial Services domain. This role requires strong expertise in business change (non-Data/Tech focused), governance, and stakeholder management across complex organizations.


🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end enterprise transformation programs across business, operations, and technology teams
  • Establish and manage program governance frameworks, steering committees, and working groups
  • Drive execution strategy, roadmap planning, and agile delivery
  • Manage program budget, forecasting, and financial tracking
  • Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies
  • Ensure cross-functional alignment across multiple workstreams
  • Provide executive-level reporting and communication
  • Drive business readiness and change adoption

🔹 Required Skills:

  • 10+ years of Program/Project Management experience
  • Strong background in Financial Services (Banking, Asset Management, Capital Markets)
  • Proven experience in enterprise-wide transformation & change management
  • Expertise in program governance, PMO, and delivery frameworks
  • Strong stakeholder management (senior leadership/CXO level)
  • Experience with budgeting, financial management, and business case development
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
  • Experience working in matrix organizations

🔹 Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in risk, compliance, or regulatory programs
  • Exposure to strategy-driven transformation initiatives
  • Agile / Hybrid delivery experience
