Job DetailsWe are seeking a Family Law Attorney to handle litigation and client advocacy matters in our Dallas office.
Responsibilities
- Represent clients in family law matters including divorce, child custody, and child support
- Manage cases from intake through resolution, including hearings, mediation, and trial
- Advocate in contested matters and negotiate settlements to resolve disputes efficiently
- Handle Child Protective Services matters and assist with related investigations
- Support appellate matters as needed and contribute to case strategy and briefing
- Maintain strong client communication and provide clear, practical legal guidance
Qualifications
- 2 to 5 years of family law experience
- Licensed and in good standing with the State Bar
- Juris Doctor degree required
- Trial experience handling contested hearings or cases
- Experience with mediation and settlement negotiations
- Bilingual Spanish and English is a plus
