M365 Technical Expert / Solution Architect (NO 3rd Parties)

Location: Remote (USA, Eastern Time) Type: Fulltime, 40 hrs/week

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Technical Expert / Solution Architect to lead the evolution of our M365 platform and drive deployment of Copilot, Power Platform, and AIenabled solutions.

You will define architecture standards, identify highvalue AI use cases, shape solution roadmaps, and guide adoption of intelligent workplace capabilities. Strong knowledge of security, compliance, governance, and data protection in criticalinfrastructure environments is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and govern enterprise M365, Copilot, Power Platform, and AI solutions

• Define patterns, standards, and roadmaps for M365 modernization

• Identify and prioritize AI/automation use cases

• Ensure alignment with cybersecurity, compliance, and governance requirements

• Partner with business and technical stakeholders to drive adoption

Requirements

• Seniorlevel expertise with Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, Entra ID

• Experience deploying enterprise M365 and AIenabled capabilities

• Strong background in security, compliance, and data protection

• Experience in regulated or criticalinfrastructure environments

• Excellent communication and leadership skills
