Java Full Stack Lead - React @ Charlotte, NC

Introduction

Our Client is seeking a Senior Java Full Stack Lead with React skills for a challenging and dynamic role. This individual will play a key role in the development and implementation of various projects, particularly in the financial/banking sector. Face-to-face interviews are mandatory, and preference will be given to candidates located in or willing to relocate to Charlotte, NC.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of developers in the design, development, and implementation of Java Full Stack applications with React
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the applications
• Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to address and mitigate these issues
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
• Stay up to date with new technologies and trends in the industry

Requirements

Required Skills

• Proven experience as a Java Full Stack Developer with expertise in React
• Strong understanding of SQL databases and data manipulation
• Ability to lead and mentor a team of developers
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working in the financial/banking sector is an advantage

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of other front-end technologies such as Angular or Vue.js
• Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS or Azure
• Certifications in Java and React development
