Senior Solution Architect

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Solution Architect to design and deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing technology solutions aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in enterprise architecture, cloud technologies, application integration, and solution design, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with business and technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end technology solutions based on business and technical requirements.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable architecture designs.
• Define application, integration, data, infrastructure, and cloud architecture.
• Develop solution architecture documents, technical specifications, architecture diagrams, and technology roadmaps.
• Evaluate technologies, platforms, frameworks, and third-party solutions.
• Lead technical discussions and provide architectural guidance to development and engineering teams.
• Ensure solutions meet requirements for scalability, performance, availability, security, and reliability.
• Collaborate with various teams such as product managers, business analysts, developers, DevOps engineers, and security teams.
• Support cloud adoption and modernization initiatives across AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Identify technical risks, dependencies, constraints, and opportunities for improvement.
• Establish and enforce architecture standards, design principles, and best practices.
• Review technical designs and provide recommendations to development teams.
• Participate in proof-of-concepts and technology evaluations.
• Provide technical leadership throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Support production issues, root-cause analysis, and architectural improvements when required.
• Ensure solutions comply with organizational security, governance, regulatory, and compliance standards.
• Mentor senior developers, engineers, and technical leads.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 12+ years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, enterprise architecture, or related roles.
• Strong experience designing complex enterprise applications and distributed systems.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Strong knowledge of software architecture patterns, microservices, APIs, event-driven architecture, and distributed systems.
• Experience with databases, data integration, messaging platforms, and enterprise integration technologies.
• Strong understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, containers, Kubernetes, and infrastructure automation.
• Knowledge of application security, identity and access management, encryption, and secure architecture principles.
• Excellent understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and software development methodologies.
• Strong communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Cloud certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or Google Professional Cloud Architect.
