Job#: 3023774 Job Description: Cloud Support AnalystPosition SummaryThis position as a Cloud Support Analyst also functions as an Enterprise Applications Support Manager overseeing the specialized functions that manage and integrate enterprise IT systems across the organization. This position ensures that key applications, servers, and infrastructure work together seamlessly to support business processes and strategic goals. Acting as a leader within the Infrastructure & Operations division, this role collaborates closely with business partners and system administrators to ensure that critical enterprise platforms remain resilient, reliable, and optimized as organizational needs evolve. As an IT Department, we support the Credit Union's mission by aligning technology with business needs, empowering employees, and delivering outstanding member experiences through modern, reliable systems. Job Requirements- Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience may substitute for formal education.
- Minimum of 6 years of technology experience within a financial institution (FI). Relevant certifications are a plus.
- Strong understanding of FI technology ecosystems, including vendors such as Jack Henry and general banking technology solutions, including Episys, Remit, Experience Framework and Active Directory integrations related to Ease.
- Technical expertise with enterprise servers and systems including SQL, Azure, Active Directory, virtualization platforms, and related operating systems.
- Broad understanding of FI IT enterprise architecture, system optimization strategies, monitoring practices, and assurance frameworks.
- Proven ability to assess enterprise environments, recommend improvements, and implement solutions through collaboration with stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.
- Detail-oriented with excellent customer service, verbal/written communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain accuracy.
- Skilled in resolving technical and operational issues efficiently and effectively.

- Oversee cloud connectivity and third-party integration protocols.

- Coordinate with IT-managed business systems and third-party vendors to support structured system updates and operational readiness.
- Provide oversight and strategic direction for core system management in alignment with vendor and service provider requirements.
- Conduct regular system audits to ensure peak performance, compliance, and adherence to security and operational best practices.
