We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Commercial Roofing Estimator to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional looking to advance their career within the Commercial Estimating industry. Our ideal candidate is detail-oriented, possesses a deep understanding of commercial roofing systems, and demonstrates a strong commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities:

As a Commercial Roofing Estimator, your primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

1. Conducting thorough and accurate evaluations of commercial roofing systems, with a particular emphasis on TPO Roofing, EPDM roofing, and Modified Bitumen.

2. Preparing and submitting detailed proposals and cost estimates for commercial roofing projects, ensuring all aspects are accounted for and all potential costs are identified.

3. Collaborating closely with project managers, architects, and clients to discuss and finalize project specifications and requirements.

4. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, materials, and techniques, and applying this knowledge to the development of competitive and accurate estimates.

5. Providing technical expertise and guidance on complex roofing projects, and contributing to the resolution of technical issues as they arise.

6. Ensuring all work is performed in accordance with company standards, policies, and procedures, as well as relevant safety regulations and guidelines.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial roofing, with a focus on TPO Roofing, EPDM roofing, and Modified Bitumen.

2. Proven experience as a Commercial Roofing Estimator or a similar role.

3. Comprehensive knowledge of commercial roofing systems, materials, and techniques, as well as industry standards and regulations.

4. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a strong ability to produce accurate and competitive estimates.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to effectively liaise with clients, architects, and project managers.

6. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

7. Proficiency in relevant software applications and tools, including estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.

8. A commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and professionalism in all aspects of work.
