Job Title: Full Stack Developer [Nodejs AND React]
Location: Chicago, IL or Dallas, TX (Hybrid in office Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)

Senior Full Stack Software Engineer:

8+ years of software engineering experience building and supporting enterprise applications. (for Sr. role they typically hire hands-on engineer with 12+ years exp.)
Strong hands-on experience with React, TypeScript, JavaScript, and modern front-end development practices.
Strong hands-on experience with Node.js, TypeScript, API design, and backend service development.
Experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs, microservices, and enterprise integrations.
Strong SQL and relational database skills, including data modeling, schema design, indexing, query optimization, and transaction management.
Experience consuming analytical data platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, or comparable technologies.
Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and modern software delivery practices.
Knowledge of cloud-native application design, containers, authentication, authorization, secure coding, and operational support.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Self-driven and curious by nature - comfortable researching and getting up to speed on new tools, data sets, and domains independently rather than requiring formal training.
Experience integrating applications with AI or LLM-enabled services and agentic workflows.
