Core Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / Systems Design (or 10+ years of equivalent experience).
Certifications: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) is required. Scaled Agile (SAFe) certification is required.
Experience: 4+ years of Scrum Master or Business Analyst experience.

What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities)

Facilitate: Organize daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and release demos.
Coach: Guide technical and non-technical teams on Agile values, backlog health, and high-quality user stories.
Unblock: Proactively identify and remove team impediments and distractions.
Track: Monitor team velocity, sprint progress, and performance metrics to drive efficiency.
Collaborate: Bridge communication between developers, product owners, and technical support.

Required Technical Skills & Attributes

Frameworks: Deep understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
Technical Literacy: Ability to understand development platforms, languages, and technical bugs.
Soft Skills: Expert-level conflict resolution, self-motivation, high attention to detail, and top-tier interpersonal communication.

Mandatories for Application

Must be able to attend an in-person interview in Richmond, VA.
Must physically reside in the US for the entirety of the position (no offshore or remote capabilities).
