Summary

Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and customize Veeva CRM solutions based on business requirements
• Configure Veeva CRM components including objects, fields, workflows, reports, and dashboards
• Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce, and Lightning components
• Implement and support Veeva features such as CLM, Vault integrations, call reporting, and data loading
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, QA, and onshore/offshore teams
• Participate in enhancements, defect fixes, UAT support, and production deployments
• Ensure compliance with GxP and validation (CSV) standards
• Prepare technical documentation and support audits

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience as a Veeva CRM Developer
• Strong hands-on experience with Veeva CRM on Salesforce platform
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and SOQL
• Experience with Veeva Vault integrations
• Life Sciences / Pharmaceutical domain experience
• Experience in regulated environments (GxP, CSV)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Good to Have:
• Experience working with AbbVie or similar pharma clients
• Veeva CRM / Vault certifications
• Exposure to CI/CD and DevOps practices
• Experience in global delivery models
