Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and upgrade workstation hardware and software.
- Configure and support desktop and networking systems.
- Communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical users.

- Travel regionally as required, with advance notice provided.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in an IT environment.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel with a company vehicle.

- Experience with ticketing systems preferred.
