Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Technical Product Owner (TPO) - ServiceNow SPM to drive the strategy, roadmap, implementation, and continuous enhancement of the ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management platform.
The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between business stakeholders, portfolio leaders, architects, and development teams to ensure successful delivery of enterprise portfolio management capabilities. The candidate should possess strong expertise in ServiceNow SPM modules, Agile delivery methodologies, business process transformation, and product ownership practices.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Ownership
- Own the ServiceNow SPM product roadmap and define strategic priorities aligned with business objectives.
- Partner with Portfolio Managers, PMOs, Finance, Business Leaders, and IT stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements.
- Define product vision, success metrics, KPIs, and business outcomes.
- Lead product planning sessions and roadmap reviews with executive leadership.
ServiceNow SPM Functional Ownership
- Drive adoption and optimization of:
- Demand Management

- Resource Management

Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with business executives and delivery teams to translate strategic objectives into actionable platform capabilities.
- Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions.
- Manage competing priorities across multiple business units.
- Present product updates, release plans, and adoption metrics to leadership.
Agile Product Management
- Own and manage the product backlog.
- Write and refine:

- Features
- User Stories
- Acceptance Criteria
- Prioritize backlog based on business value and strategic goals.
- Participate in PI Planning, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical implementation.

- Strong understanding of Agile, SAFe, and Product Operating Models.
- Experience working with PMO, Finance, and Executive Leadership teams.
- Experience managing global stakeholders and distributed teams.
