Must-Have Technical Skills
Minimum 12+ years of experience in Learning Technologies, including 8+ years in Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD).
Deep hands-on expertise in CSOD Learning Module.
Experience in Performance, Recruiting, Extended Enterprise, and Content domains (preferred).
Strong understanding of:
SaaS architecture
SSO/SAML
APIs & Web Services
Data Integration frameworks
Experience integrating enterprise systems such as:
SAP SuccessFactors
Workday
Oracle HCM
Active Directory systems

Implementation & Configuration
Lead full lifecycle implementations (requirements configuration testing deployment).
Configure CSOD modules including:
Learning
Performance
Extended Enterprise
Content
Manage advanced configurations:
Dynamic assignments
Automated workflows
Custom pages
Email templates
Certification paths
Oversee environment management (Stage/Production), release management, and regression testing readiness.

Integration & Data Strategy
Design and oversee integrations with:

Support & Optimization
