Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior AI/ML Engineer with 12+ years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-scale Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Generative AI, MLOps, and Cloud technologies, with a proven track record of delivering AI-driven business solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable AI/ML solutions for complex business problems.
• Develop, train, fine-tune, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models.
• Build and optimize Generative AI applications using Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Design Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures and AI-powered chatbots.
• Lead model development lifecycle, including data preparation, feature engineering, training, validation, and deployment.
• Establish MLOps practices for model monitoring, versioning, governance, and automation.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, data scientists, architects, and engineering teams to define AI strategies.
• Optimize AI solutions for performance, scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership across AI initiatives.
• Stay current with emerging AI, ML, and Generative AI technologies.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor''s or Master''s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• 12+ years of software development and AI/ML engineering experience.
• Strong expertise in Python and machine learning frameworks.
