We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of GT Infinity 2.0, a large-scale, AI-enabled lifelong learning platform. This role will be responsible for managing the full project lifecycle, from discovery and planning through implementation, deployment, and post-launch evaluation. The Project Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and external partners to ensure successful delivery of innovative digital learning solutions within approved timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

<>Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of GT Infinity 2.0 initiatives.
• Manage multiple project workstreams involving software development, AI-enabled solutions, system integrations, and digital product enhancements.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including software engineers, UX/UI designers, data specialists, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, release planning, and project status reviews.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, resource allocation, and deliverables.
• Ensure effective communication between internal stakeholders and external technology partners.
• Drive project governance, documentation, reporting, and issue resolution using established project management methodologies.
• Support product development activities from concept and MVP through production deployment and ongoing releases.
• Prepare and present project updates, performance metrics, and executive-level status reports.

<>Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum 5+ years of progressive project management experience managing complex technology initiatives.
• Eligibility to sit for or possess Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Proven experience managing software development projects and enterprise digital platform implementations.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, including sprint planning, backlog management, resource coordination, and release management.
• Experience leading projects involving cloud-based applications and multiple system integrations.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps for Agile project tracking and delivery management.
• Proficiency with collaboration and project management tools such as Confluence, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Smartsheet, and Microsoft Project.
• Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets, schedules, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.

<>Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI-powered applications, personalization platforms, or data-driven digital products.
• Background in learning technologies, EdTech solutions, LMS platforms, or workforce development systems.
• Experience managing products from MVP through enterprise-scale production deployment.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms including Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform).
• Familiarity with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce and Canvas, including integrations and data workflows.
• Exposure to Figma or similar UX/UI collaboration tools.
• Experience developing project dashboards, reporting frameworks, and performance metrics.
