Description & Requirements Maximus is currently seeking a
Program Management Lead (PML).Serves as the
primary point of contact (POC) to the Government and has full authority over contract execution. Responsible for
overall program delivery, ensuring performance, schedule, cost, and quality objectives are achieved across all task areas within the A1 MCE environment.

Job-Specific Essential Duties and Responsibilities:- Lead end-to-end program execution across multi-cloud managed services.
- Manage
cost, schedule, and performance (CSP) baselines.
- Interface with Government stakeholders, CORs, and enterprise stakeholders.
- Oversee subcontractors, staffing, and surge support.
- Implement governance, reporting, and risk management frameworks.
- Drive continuous service improvement and SLA compliance.
Job-Specific Minimum Requirements:- Active Secret security clearance.
- Ability to commute as needed to the work location in San Antonio, Texas.
- 10+ years managing IT programs of similar size, scope, complexity.
- Current PM certification (PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner).
- Experience with
DoD/USAF acquisition and operations (e.g., AFFOR, A1 mission space).- Demonstrated success leading
multi-cloud managed services (Azure, AWS, hybrid).- Familiarity with
ITIL 4, Agile/SAFe delivery models.- Experience managing
IL5/IL6 or FedRAMP High environments.- Strong financial management (EVM) and KPI-driven performance governance.
