Remote Position

Client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive OneStream admin/developer to manage and optimize our OneStream platform supporting financial consolidation and account reconciliations. This role will serve as a key liaison between IT and finance teams, ensuring that our financial systems are secure, efficient, and fully utilized to meet internal and external reporting requirements.
Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary administrator of the internal OneStream instance, supporting workflows for Corporate Accounting, External Reporting and FP&A.
  • Maintain system metadata in accordance with change management policies.
  • Coordinate and execute system upgrades.
  • Communicate changes and release notes to accounting and finance users.
  • Provision users, manage security settings, and perform regular security reviews to ensure appropriate system access.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for key processes and controls supporting OneStream cubes.
  • Troubleshoot end-user issues with documentation and root cause analysis.
  • Support training for the OneStream user community.
  • Create, maintain, and update financial reports, forms, and dashboards to enhance usability for end users.

Required Education And Experience

  • 5+ years of proven experience in financial systems administration/implementation
  • Experience working in OneStream, Hyperion, and/or Hyperion Financial Management (HFM)
  • Proven experience in reporting implementation for multinational business Proven experience of system self-learning VBA, .Net or SQL coding
