Digital Specialist Part Time (Hybrid) - Bolingbrook, IL
Location : Bolingbrook, IL 60440
Project Duration : 7+ Months Contract
Pay Rate : $20.00 - $22.00/Hour
Working Hours : Approximately 4 hours/day
Job Summary
This role involves supporting the Virtual Try-On platform by coordinating product samples and calibrating digital data for beauty products.
You will assist in product swatching, extracting color values, and ensuring accurate representation of products in the system.
The position includes working closely with digital and analytics teams to support product launches and user experience enhancements.
Requires attention to detail, creativity, and interest in beauty and digital tools.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
Coordinate and track product samples for new launches
Perform product swatching and extract hex color values using Photoshop
Input and manage SKU data in calibration tools
Support analytics, reporting, and performance tracking
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for product launches and testing
Assist with QR code creation, tracking, and troubleshooting
Support digital campaigns and virtual try-on features
Job Requirements:
1 2 years of relevant experience
Interest or experience in beauty/cosmetics products
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Photoshop preferred
Understanding of color theory is a plus
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to multitask and work independently or in a team
Must be located in Chicagoland area (occasional office visit required)
