Job Title: CPQ Project Manager / Functional Lead

Location: 100% Remote role

Duration: 6+ Months Contract

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced CPQ Project Manager / Functional Lead to support enterprise CPQ initiatives for Flowserve. The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise in Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) processes along with experience leading cross-functional business and IT teams in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead CPQ implementation and enhancement projects from requirements through deployment
Work closely with business stakeholders, sales teams, and technical teams to gather and define functional requirements
Drive solution design, process improvements, testing, and user adoption
Manage project timelines, risks, status reporting, and stakeholder communication
Support integrations with CRM/ERP platforms and downstream systems
Coordinate UAT, training, and production rollout activities

Required Skills:

8+ years of functional/project management experience in CPQ projects.
Strong understanding of sales configuration, pricing, quoting, and approval workflows
Experience with CPQ platforms such as Salesforce CPQ, Oracle CPQ, or ApttConga CPQ
Experience managing remote/global teams
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
