Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated AI QA Engineer to join our Healthcare QE Automation team. This role focuses on designing and implementing AI-driven and agentic automation solutions to accelerate testing cycles and improve quality engineering efficiency across business and product areas.
The candidate will leverage Generative AI, Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI Studio, Azure AI services, and modern AI frameworks to build intelligent test acceleration solutions and custom AI agents that enhance QE productivity and speed to market.
Key Responsibilities

• Identify and analyze complex testing challenges across different business areas and product lines, and define AI-driven solution strategies.
• Design and implement AI-powered test automation accelerators using GenAI and Agentic AI frameworks.
• Build custom intelligent agents to solve scalability, regression, and validation challenges within QE processes.
• Leverage Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI Studio, and Azure AI services to optimize test creation, analysis, validation, and decision support.
• Develop AI-assisted capabilities such as:
• Automated test case generation
• Intelligent test data creation
• Regression impact analysis
• Self-healing automation strategies
• Smart defect triaging and root cause insights
• Rapidly design and deliver lightweight Proof of Concepts (POCs) to validate solution feasibility and disprove assumptions.
• Translate business testing problems into scalable AI-driven architectures with measurable ROI.
• Document AI workflows, system architecture, solution artifacts, and reusable frameworks aligned with SDLC best practices.
• Contribute to AI governance, validation frameworks, and production readiness standards.
• Provide enablement and training sessions to QE teams on AI-powered testing solutions and GenAI methodologies.

Must-Have Skills & Experience (3+ Years Minimum)

• 3+ years of experience in Test Automation / Quality Engineering, preferably in Healthcare.
• Programming experience in Python and/or JavaScript.
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, JSON, SDLC, and Agile methodologies.
• Practical knowledge of Generative AI, LLM-based solutions, and prompt optimization techniques.
• Hands-on experience applying GenAI methodologies to solve real-world engineering or automation challenges.
• Experience working within the Microsoft ecosystem (Azure AI services preferred).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to independently identify improvement opportunities and architect rapid AI-driven solutions.
• Experience working in client-facing or cross-functional environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building or integrating Agentic AI workflows for automation.
• Exposure to Azure AI, Machine Learning, or Cognitive Services.
• Experience designing AI-based POCs and rapid prototypes.
• Familiarity with AI Ops and AI governance best practices.
• Background in Business Analysis and requirements documentation.
• Experience in professional services or consulting environments.
