Job Title: SAP ISU Billing & Device Management Consultant

Location: Remote

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP ISU Consultant with strong expertise in Billing and Device Management to support and enhance SAP Utilities operations. The consultant will be responsible for configuration, implementation, and production support of end-to-end IS-U processes in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and support SAP ISU Billing processes including rate configuration, invoicing, and billing schema setup

• Manage Device Management (DM) including meter installation, removal, replacement, and meter reading processes

• Work on Contract Accounts (FI-CA) integration for invoicing, payments, and collections

• Support move-in, move-out, and customer lifecycle processes

• Perform billing testing, validation, and issue resolution

• Integrate SAP ISU with other modules such as FI-CA, CRM, and S/4HANA

• Analyze and resolve production issues, enhancements, and system improvements

• Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to gather and translate requirements

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP ISU Billing & Device Management

• Experience with FI-CA integration

• Knowledge of utility industry processes (Electric / Gas / Water)

• Experience with ECC or S/4HANA Utilities

• Strong communication skills for remote collaboration
