RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking an IT Business Analyst (IAM) in Arlington, TX.
Key Responsibilities:
* IT Business Analyst (IAM) will design, build, and maintain Business Roles and access templates
* Perform role mining, role analysis, and RBAC optimization activities
* Partner with business leaders and application owners to define, update, and govern role structures
* Support access certifications and business role reviews
* Maintain role documentation, governance processes, and reporting
* As an IT Business Analyst (IAM), you will analyze entitlement and access data to identify opportunities for role consolidation and automation
* Support SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) and Identity Security Cloud (ISC) role management initiatives
* Assist with compliance, audit requests, and access governance activities
REQUIREMENTS:
Desired Experience:
* Access Certifications, Entitlement Management, and Access Request processes
* 5+ years of IAM experience
* Experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) and/or SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC)
* Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) experience
* Experience working with large enterprise IAM programs
* Strong RBAC/Role Engineering background
* Strong presentation skills to work with business stakeholders and leadership
* Strong business analysis and stakeholder engagement skills
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
