Seeking a strong engineer who has built and deployed enterprise-grade AI within contact center environments.

We are hiring a Genesys AI Subject Matter Expert with strong hands-on experience in Genesys Cloud CX and Agentic/Generative AI solutions for CX automation.

Core Platform Expertise

• Genesys AI Studio (AI Guides, Virtual Agents, Copilot)
• Digital Bots, Knowledge Workbench, Intent Miner
• Architect flows & API integrations
• AI agents integrated with Copilot & routing
• Production optimization & troubleshooting

AI & CX Capabilities

• Agentic AI (autonomous & multi-agent systems)
• Prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, vector DBs
• LLM integrations (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Hugging Face)
• Conversational AI, NLU, Voice & omnichannel orchestration
• AI governance, compliance & human-in-the-loop workflows
