Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor''s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with the Zoho product suite.
  • Strong experience with:
    • Zoho CRM
    • Zoho Campaigns
    • Zoho Backstage
    • Zoho Analytics
  • Experience designing, developing, testing, and implementing Zoho customizations using Deluge scripting.
  • Strong JavaScript development experience.
  • Experience working with XML-based solutions and standards.
  • Experience building API-based Integrations and enterprise application Integration solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of systems analysis, application design, testing, troubleshooting, and technical documentation.
  • Experience developing reports, dashboards, and analytical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

 

Preferred Skills

  • Advanced Zoho CRM administration and customization experience.
  • Experience with enterprise application Integration architectures.
  • Experience with REST APIs, Web Services, and third-party Integrations.
  • Knowledge of CRM process optimization and automation.
  • Experience supporting cloud-based business applications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
