Summary
Job Title: Senior Appian Developer
Location: Tampa, FL
Note: Need only independent candidates. Rate is $60/hr on C2C.
Interview Process: 2 Rounds (Interview slots between 4–6 PM EST next week). Confirmed feedback will be shared after each round.
Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Appian Developer to design, develop, and implement business process solutions using the Appian platform. The ideal candidate will have strong BPM expertise, the ability to build scalable applications, and experience leading development teams in enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement applications on the Appian platform.
Build process models, workflows, and dynamic user interfaces.
Integrate Appian applications with web services, databases, and third-party systems.
Develop and apply complex business rules to support business processes.
Troubleshoot technical issues within Appian design objects and provide effective solutions.
Collaborate with Engagement Managers, project teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.
Lead client engagement workstreams focused on process improvement, optimization, and transformation.
Support configuration, deployment, testing, and ongoing enhancements of enterprise applications.
Deliver technical demonstrations and communicate project updates effectively.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Appian Certified Senior Developer or Appian Certified Lead Developer certification is required.
4+ years of hands-on experience working with Appian.
5+ years of experience in software development or successful software delivery.
Experience leading Appian development teams.
Strong knowledge of Business Process Management (BPM) and process reengineering.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, written, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects independently with minimal supervision.
