Instrument and Controls Engineer (PE) - 24943

We are seeking an Instrument and Controls Engineer for assignment in Corvallis, Oregon. The selected candidate will work on projects for state of the art industrial and commercial facilities.

Hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

This position can work a hybrid schedule in Corvallis
This position requires a Professional Engineer License (PE)

Responsibilities
- Participate in the development of proposals, budgets and schedules for process specific work
- Responsible for the development and implementation of instrumentation control for manufacturing process equipment and associated safety and automation systems
- Provide in process support of controls in a manufacturing environment
- Design of facility control systems and SCADA projects
- Design of P&ID's, loop drawings, control panels and detailed wiring diagrams
- Sequence of Operation (SOO) development
- Perform technical and business presentations with clients and employees

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Chemical or Mechanical Engineering
- 6+ years experience working with Instrumentation and Controls
- A Professional Engineer License (PE)
- An understanding of NFPA and UL508A standards and requirements
- Development and programming ability for PLC, SCADA and HMI devices is a plus
