Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale business and technology initiatives for a manufacturing organization. The ideal candidate will have strong project delivery experience, executive-level communication skills, and a proven track record of managing cross-functional teams from project initiation through successful completion.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management activities including planning, execution, monitoring, risk management, and project closure.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, deliverables, and resource requirements.
• Manage project budgets, forecasting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with business leaders, executives, stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure project success.
• Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations, status reports, dashboards, and business reviews.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and project governance activities.
• Identify, track, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Coordinate with vendors, business analysts, and technical teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Drive process improvements and project management best practices.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor''''''''s Degree in Business, Management, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 8-9+ years of Project Management experience.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies.
• Experience working with senior leadership, directors, CFOs, and executive stakeholders.
• Proven experience managing large-scale business or technology projects.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and resource management experience.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
