Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP BW on HANA Consultant with strong expertise in data modeling, reporting, and SAP HANA optimization. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SAP BW 7.x on HANA and strong knowledge of HANA-native modeling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and support SAP BW on HANA data models.

• Develop and maintain InfoProviders (ADSO, Composite Providers, Open ODS Views).

• Create and optimize DataSources, DTPs, Transformations, and Process Chains.

• Develop HANA Calculation Views and optimize HANA performance.

• Implement data extraction from SAP ECC / S4 HANA systems.

• Work with ABAP routines, AMDP, and HANA SQL scripting.

• Performance tuning and troubleshooting of BW objects.

• Work closely with business users for requirement gathering and reporting solutions.

• Support production issues and provide enhancements.

Required Skills:

• 15+ years of SAP BW experience.

• 5+ years of SAP BW on HANA implementation experience.

• Strong knowledge of:

  • ADSO

  • Composite Providers

  • HANA Modeling

  • LSA++ Architecture

• Experience with SAP HANA Studio / Eclipse.

• Hands-on experience in performance tuning.

• Good understanding of SAP data models (FI, SD, MM preferred).

• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with SAP S/4 HANA

• Exposure to SAP BW/4 HANA

• Knowledge of SAP BO / SAC reporting

• Experience in migration from BW to BW/4 HANA
