job summary:
The Project Manager, Merchandising & Product Lifecycle Technology will be responsible for
the delivery of projects in scope, on budget, and on expectation to enable Merchant,
Design, Product Development, and Sourcing teams to create the best products &
assortments for the mountain athlete. Your responsibilities include delivering the strategic
product roadmap from discovery, design, vendor selection, delivery, and support. You
understand the power of influence and use it effectively in communication. In a fast-paced,
accelerated environment, you remain cool under pressure, work to deadlines, and
successfully manage competing priorities.

responsibilities:
? Working to define the project brief in concert with business partners and project team
? Establishing a regular communication schedule with the project teams and stakeholders; include
appropriate contributors within the organization in progress updates as needed
? Determining and procuring the resources (expertise, time, money, equipment, etc.) required to
complete projects with the highest level of success
? Reviewing project schedules with the Senior Manager, Merchandising and Product Lifecycle
Technology, and all Product Managers, project teams, and stakeholders that will be affected by
project activities
? Monitoring the progress of projects and adjusting as necessary to ensure successful completion;
consolidating and reporting on project status on a regular basis
? Executing projects according to approved project plans using an Agile first approach to each
project
? Managing JIRA boards and leading Agile scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog grooming,
standup meetings, retrospectives, etc)
? Participating in weekly Team Lead meetings
? Engaging with PMO methodology, tools, and templates while continually improving them;
capturing and reporting project information in accordance with PMO guidelines
? Determining the objectives and measures upon which projects will be evaluated at completion, in
consultation with project teams
? Evaluating the outcomes of projects as established during the planning phase, conducting
lessons learned sessions and retrospectives
? Ensuring that all records for projects are up to date

qualifications:
? You have a post-secondary degree in a relevant field
? You have 4+ years of experience as a Project Manager, and Professional Certification (PMP,
PgMP, CSM, CSPO, etc.)
? You have implemented features of a PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) system
? You have experience operating within an Agile PMO at several organizations
? You have experience in the apparel industry
? You are an enthusiastic learner, have a growth mindset, and welcome feedback and input as
enablers of your development
? You demonstrate a high level of business acumen
? You have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with all levels of stakeholders
? You have excellent communication and influencing skills with the ability to explain, articulate, and
document concepts and requirements

competing priorities
? You have strong analytical and critical thinking skills
? You have strong facilitation, diplomacy, and leadership skills
