Job Description
We are seeking a iOS Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Swift, SwiftUI, Objective-C, and iOS frameworks and a proven ability to design, build, and maintain high-quality iOS applications that meet performance and user experience specifications.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and prototype front-end applications for the Mobile team.
- Translate design mockups into functional user interfaces.
- Implement front-end logic and data interactions.
- Develop screens and components by integrating back-end APIs.
- Collaborate with the design team to define app features.
- Participate in design reviews with middleware teams and coordinate with business stakeholders on functionality.
- Ensure application quality and performance to specifications.
- Identify potential issues and resolve application bottlenecks.
- Fix application bugs prior to final release.
- Maintain core code and automation for the application.
- Design and implement application updates, including App Store updates.
- Design, build, and maintain next-generation iOS mobile applications for latest Apple devices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Master's in Software Engineering.
- 5+ years of experience in iOS development using Swift, SwiftUI, and/or Objective-C with UIKit.
- Strong working knowledge of iOS frameworks and Apple Human Interface Guidelines.
- Hands-on experience with Git and Bitbucket for version control and collaboration.
- Experience with biometrics, push notifications, and Camera APIs.
- Proven experience developing and shipping iOS applications and contributing to UI/UX for mobile.
- Must have hands-on experience with GitHub Copilot or similar AI coding assistants.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with continuous integration and unit testing for iOS.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-based environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Troubleshooting and issue resolution focus.
Role Logistics & Interview Process
- Approved location: Pennington, NJ. Hybrid schedule with a minimum of 3 days per week onsite.
- Start month: September or October.
- Interview process: 1-2 rounds. Video required. In-person required. Glider ID verification required.
- Submission limit: Maximum 3 submissions per vendor.
