Clinical Trial Educator

The Role: 

• We are seeking experienced and highly motivated Clinical Trial Educators to support the Clinical & Translational Science team within the Plasma Derived Therapies Business Unit. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality clinical trial education and site training to healthcare professionals involved in clinical research studies.
• The ideal candidate is a Registered Nurse (RN) with strong infusion nursing expertise and prior experience conducting site-level training within clinical trial environments. This position requires extensive travel and close collaboration with study sites, clinical teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver clinical trial protocol training to investigative site personnel
• Provide hands-on education related to infusion procedures and study-specific requirements
• Support study initiation and ongoing training needs across assigned regions
• Ensure consistency and quality of educational materials and delivery
• Act as a clinical resource for site staff throughout study duration
• Identify and address knowledge gaps to enhance protocol adherence
• Collaborate with Clinical Operations, Medical Affairs, and Study Teams
• Maintain accurate documentation of training activities
• Travel extensively (up to 75%) to support site needs

Required Qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (US or EU equivalent)
• Strong background in infusion nursing
• Experience delivering site training in clinical trial settings
• Working knowledge of clinical research processes and Google Cloud Platform principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to travel up to 75% domestically and internationally
• Must reside near a major airport
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Plasma Derived Therapies or rare disease therapeutic areas
• Prior experience in Clinical & Translational Science environments
• Experience supporting multi-site or global clinical trials
• Previous educator or field-based clinical training role
