- 12+ years of IT experience with strong Guidewire expertise.
- Hands-on experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, and/or BillingCenter.
- Strong knowledge of Guidewire Gosu.
- Experience with Guidewire configuration and customization.
- Strong understanding of Guidewire Integration and APIs.
- Experience with REST/SOAP and enterprise integration patterns.
- Strong knowledge of Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure is preferred.
- Strong architecture, design, leadership, and communication skills.
