Job Description

We are seeking an experienced AWS Tech Lead with strong hands-on expertise in AWS Development, solution design, and enterprise-scale cloud implementations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience designing and developing AWS Lambda functions, AWS Glue jobs, and cloud-native data processing solutions while leading technical teams and driving architecture decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable AWS cloud solutions.
• Develop and maintain AWS Lambda functions and serverless applications.
• Design and develop AWS Glue ETL jobs and data integration pipelines.
• Architect cloud-native solutions using AWS services and modern design patterns.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Drive technical discussions, code reviews, and architecture governance.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices for AWS deployments.
• Optimize performance, scalability, reliability, and security of AWS applications.
• Mentor and guide development teams on AWS best practices and coding standards.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide technical leadership.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of overall IT experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in AWS Development and cloud architecture.
• Expertise in AWS Lambda, AWS Glue, S3, EC2, IAM, CloudWatch, API Gateway, and Step Functions.
• Strong experience with Python and/or Java development.
• Experience designing ETL pipelines and data processing workflows.
• Knowledge of serverless architecture and microservices.
• Experience with SQL and data warehouse concepts.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices.
• Strong understanding of security, scalability, and performance optimization in AWS.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
