Summary

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Program Manager in Nashville, TN.

Responsibilities:
* Coordinate execution across Strategic Platform value streams, with a focus on program-level alignment, dependencies, risks, issues, and decisions
* Maintain an integrated program roadmap that connects delivery milestones, priorities, and expected outcomes across value streams
* Integrate the Strategic Platform program into Digital Product's quarterly planning process, strengthening the approach as needed to align priorities and capacity and surface cross-value-stream dependencies and risks
* Maintain the program portfolio backlog and partner with Capability Portfolio Leaders to prioritize and sequence work based on strategic and business value
* Lead quarterly business reviews to assess progress and inform adjustments to priorities, roadmap, funding, and capacity
* Establish and lead program governance and executive review forums
* Prepare concise, executive-ready program updates, value and metrics reporting, and decision materials
* Partner with senior business and technology leaders to resolve issues, make tradeoff decisions, and drive alignment
* Provide clear visibility into program health, progress, value delivered, risks, and tradeoffs
* Manage program financials, including budgets, forecasts, capital labor, operating expenses, and multi-year planning; Monitor performance and proactively address risks and variances
* Partner with IT executives and Digital Product Portfolio Owners to align platform team capacity and resource allocation across Strategic Platform value streams, including vendor and contractor needs
* Connect program investments to measurable business outcomes and track whether expected benefits are being realized
* Establish program and value stream objectives and a balanced set of measures to track outcomes, delivery performance, financial health, and progress against objectives

REQUIREMENTS:
* 8+ years of experience leading complex, multi-year enterprise technology programs or portfolios with multiple interconnected workstreams
* Demonstrated experience with enterprise platform modernization and application rationalization efforts, with working knowledge of platform architecture, integrations, data and cloud technologies, and the technical depth to engage credibly with architects and engineering leaders
* Demonstrated success working with executive and C-suite stakeholders
* Strong experience with integrated planning, dependency management, program governance, risk management, and executive reporting
* Experience managing budgets, forecasting, capital planning, capital labor, operating expenses, and financial reporting
* Experience connecting program investments and delivery progress to measurable business outcomes and realized value
* Experience with ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management and team-level delivery tools such as Azure DevOps
* Familiarity with AI-augmented delivery practices and AI governance considerations
* Exceptional organizational, facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
* Relevant program, portfolio, or Agile certification preferred

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
