we are looking for candidate local to VA only

Requierd skills

7+ years of experience working with web-based applications using Oracle as the backend.
7+ years of strong experience with Oracle databases (11g / 18c / 19c).
7+ years of advanced proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL development, including debugging and troubleshooting.
4+ years of development experience with Oracle APEX, including APEX UI customization and rapid application development.
4+ years of experience in SQL performance tuning and designing Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERDs).
3+ years of experience working with JavaScript, jQuery, and HTML.
2+ years of experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, or similar version control systems (Desired).
