• In Person interview after the initial screening
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience working as an IT Business Analyst supporting IT projects, system implementations, or technology procurements — 5+ years
- Strong understanding of business/data process analysis methodologies and SDLC processes — 5+ years
- Documenting AS-IS & TO-BE processes and user interface mockups — 5+ years
- Ability to gather, document, and manage complex business, data, and functional requirements — 5+ years.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience supporting government or public-sector IT initiatives.
• Experience with procurement lifecycle documentation and vendor management.
• Familiarity with workflow automation, business process improvement, and enterprise applications.
• Experience using tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, Visio, SharePoint, Balsamiq, or similar platforms.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and collaboration skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Education Qualifications
• Minimum, bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (Computer Science, Information Technology Systems) Required.
• Active IT Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) Certification Preferred
