Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated AV Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in setting up, operating, and troubleshooting audio-visual systems for meetings, events, and daily operations. You’ll play a key role in ensuring seamless AV experiences across various environments.

Responsibilities:

• Set up, test, and operate AV equipment including projectors, microphones, video conferencing systems, and speakers.
• Provide on-site technical support during events, presentations, and meetings.
• Troubleshoot and resolve AV issues in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for AV-related requirements.
• Maintain and track AV equipment inventory.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an AV Technician or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of audio, video, and control systems.
• Familiarity with video conferencing platforms (Zoom, MS Teams, WebEx, etc.).
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• AVIXA CTS certification (or equivalent) is a plus.
• Experience with event production setups.
