Description:

Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large, integrated digital creative projects from concept through delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong project management experience and a background managing digital creative projects within an advertising agency environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead digital creative projects from conception through delivery
Manage project deliverables, timelines, resources, and processes
Gather requirements and ensure stakeholder needs are clearly understood
Support capacity planning and resource utilization across creative teams
Identify and proactively manage project risks
Partner with Account Directors, Account Managers, and key stakeholders
Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams and business partners
Provide project management guidance and promote best practices
Support digital creative marketing recommendations and strategies

Required Qualifications

Bachelor s degree preferred; or HS Diploma/GED with 6+ years of relevant digital creative project experience
4+ years of project management experience
Experience managing and mentoring cross-functional teams
Experience leading digital creative projects within an advertising agency, either external or in-house
Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills

Preferred Qualifications

Strong understanding of digital creative processes and workflows
Experience working with large, complex organizations and senior stakeholders
3+ years of experience with project management software
Workfront experience preferred

Compensation:
The hourly rate for this position is $59.00per hour.
