Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Information Technology Project Managers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Facilitate Scrum and SAFe ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, PI Planning, Iteration Planning, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt workshops.
- Coach Agile teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Scrum and SAFe principles, practices, collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement.
- Identify, track, and remove impediments while coordinating cross-team dependencies, maintaining delivery alignment, and escalating issues when required.
- Support Medicaid and healthcare technology delivery by facilitating requirements clarification, compliance alignment, Agile metrics, quality practices, and stakeholder communication.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:

Education
|
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience
|
3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile delivery professional supporting technology teams in Scrum, SAFe, or other scaled Agile environments.
|
|
Technical Skills
|
Scrum, SAFe Agile, Agile Project Management, Jira, Azure DevOps, Agile Metrics, DevOps Practices, Continuous Delivery

Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with multiple Agile teams or within a scaled Agile environment.
- Additional Agile or Scrum certification such as CSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe Agilist, or equivalent.
