Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Developer with strong expertise in Supply Chain and Order-to-Cash (OTC) modules to support a leading Manufacturing client in Houston, Texas. The ideal candidate will have deep technical experience in Oracle EBS development, customization, and support, with a strong understanding of Manufacturing and Supply Chain business processes. This is a fully onsite role requiring close collaboration with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, customize, and support Oracle EBS applications with focus on Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Order Management (OM/OTC) modules.
Develop and maintain RICEW components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows).
Work on Order Management, Inventory, Shipping, Purchasing, and related Supply Chain modules.
Develop and support PL/SQL packages, procedures, triggers, and performance tuning.
Create and maintain Oracle Reports, XML Publisher reports, and Oracle Forms.
Develop and support Interfaces and Integrations between Oracle EBS and third-party systems.
Work closely with functional teams and business stakeholders to understand requirements and provide technical solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, provide root cause analysis, and implement fixes.
Participate in system upgrades, patches, and enhancement projects.
Follow development standards, documentation, and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Minimum 12+ years of experience in Oracle EBS development.
Strong hands-on experience in Oracle EBS Supply Chain and Order Management (OTC) modules.

Expertise in:

Oracle PL/SQL
Oracle Forms and Reports
XML Publisher
Interfaces and Integrations
Workflow
RICEW components

Strong experience with:

Order Management (OM)
Inventory (INV)
Shipping (WSH)
Purchasing (PO)
Good understanding of Manufacturing and Supply Chain business processes.
Experience in performance tuning and troubleshooting.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in the Manufacturing industry.
Experience supporting onsite business users and stakeholders.
Exposure to Oracle EBS upgrades and support projects.
Strong documentation and communication skills.
