Project Coordinator/ Splunk CSAT/CLF Contractor Request
Location: Remote

Job Title: Splunk CSAT/CLF Contractor Request
Minimum Requirements:
5 years of experience managing and responding to customer feedback, including tracking customer satisfaction metrics to identify improvement areas.
- Experience with UX Research Operations such as recruitment, screener development, and project tracking.
- Familiarity with tools like User Interviews, Qualtrics, Microsoft 365, and other research platforms
- Experience working with cross-functional teams such as product management and customer experience groups.
- Proficiency in maintaining and reporting on customer satisfaction processes and data.
- Experience supporting operational activities that enhance research and feedback processes.
- Proven success improving customer experience through timely resolution of issues and feedback management.

Job duties include
- Tracking, handling, and responding to customer feedback in compliance with Customer-Loop Feedback processes and program guidelines
- Partnering with Splunk PX CSAT data program owners to improve CLF processes
- Partnering with Voice of the Customer & Product Management to expedite resolution of negative CSAT responses
- Ensure CSAT process and reporting is maintained
- Additional operational activities to maintain Research processes and drive efficiency
