Ideal Candidate Profile

A senior, hands-on technologist with 15+ years of IT experience and extensive experience in leading AI initiatives, who can operate as both an individual contributor and a lead - someone comfortable prototyping AI solutions quickly while also shaping a broader AI strategy for AMS offerings.

Key Responsibilities

Lead hands-on engineering efforts to accelerate Application Development using SDLC.ai practices

Architect and implement GitHub-based development workflows (Copilot, Actions, automation pipelines)

Identify and drive adoption of AI-powered tools/ideas to modernize AMS support offerings

Champion AI-led transformation initiatives across the broader AD/AMS portfolio

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed AI practices into existing SDLC processes

Provide technical leadership while remaining actively hands-on in development

Required Skills & Experience

Proven expertise in SDLC.ai practices and AI-augmented software engineering

Strong hands-on experience with GitHub (Copilot, Actions, repos, CI/CD workflows)

Demonstrated experience building/deploying enterprise AI solutions

Background leading AD and/or AMS engagements

Ability to start immediately and work onsite in the LA region

AWS experience

Knowledge and hands on experience on leading AI tools
