We have an immediate opportunity for a Language Specialist to support high-priority evaluation workflows, ensuring the quality, accuracy, and safety of model performance across one of the following markets: (German, Japanese, Portuguese, Turkish, Korean, Vietnamese, Indonesian, or Thai). In this role, you will evaluate generated content across multiple specialized workstreams, including conversational performance by assessing natural language interactions against defined quality benchmarks, and model response evaluation to ensure outputs meet strict internal standards. You will also be responsible for visual interpretation tasks, validating the model's ability to accurately understand and analyze image-based inputs.
Additionally, you will conduct factuality and verification assessments by performing detailed audits of both text and image-based claims, cross-referencing information to ensure reliability and correctness. The ideal candidate holds a Master's degree in a relevant field such as Linguistics, Communications, Journalism, Translation & Interpretation, or Data Science, with native or near-native proficiency in one of the specified languages and high-level (C2) English skills. Strong analytical ability, exceptional attention to detail, and the capacity to work efficiently under tight deadlines are essential, along with the ability to evaluate content for accuracy, safety, and overall quality in a fast-paced environment.
